Tailored and versatile

Our planing mill is built for flexibility and can handle a broad production – from panels and decking to battens and structural timber. With our experience and technical equipment, we can adapt to customer needs, whether for small special orders or large volumes.
We also offer wrapping and bundling, making it easier for our customers to sell ready-made bundles.

We are certified to sort according to BS 5534, a British standard code of practice for roofing and slating, particularly for pitched roofs and vertical cladding.

PL Wood Profiling

Planing

We plane almost everything – from battens to structural timber.
Our Waco 3000 with 7 spindles can plane up to 100 mm x 225 mm, with a maximum length of 5.4 meters.

We produce a wide range of profiles, such as hat profiles, Scandinavian “fjällpanel”, and various decking profiles. These are just a few examples – if we don’t already have the right tools for your specific profile, we can design them according to your needs.

Sawing/Splitting?

Our double-saw Waco BKL Twin is known for its high productivity and excellent timber yield.

We perform both vertical and horizontal splitting, with 50×125 mm being a common dimension. From this, we can produce either two or three pieces, depending on requirements.

We can also provide angled cuts, which is particularly useful when producing panels such as fjällpanel.

Wrapping & Bundling

We help you with both wrapping and bundling for easier handling and sales.
Wrapping protects finer products such as paneling against moisture and other damage, while bundling simplifies handling and reduces waste. Bundle sizes can be adjusted to meet each customer’s needs.
